Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make modifications, combine orders, or cancel it, as all pieces are prepared promptly for shipment.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours at info@shopskien.com — we’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed.
After your order has shipped, SKIEN cannot cancel or reroute the package.
