Shipping Policy
At SKIEN, each order is prepared with care and shipped from our studio in Montreal. We do our best to ensure your pieces arrive safely and on time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During new drops, restocks, or holidays, please allow a few extra days for preparation.
Shipping Within Canada
Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your region.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs processing times.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees determined by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse to pay duties or taxes and your package is returned to us, we reserve the right to withhold a refund since the order was fulfilled correctly. Shipping fees and any customs charges are non-refundable.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local courier office.
SKIEN is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, postal strikes, or severe weather conditions — but we’ll always do our best to assist if you experience issues.
