RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of the date the order was shipped. To request an exchange please contact us at info@shopskien.com for instructions.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled.

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or for items classified as faulty or damaged, notify info@shopskien.com within 72 hours of receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
